- Fixed! "Sort chapters and "Show more" buttons in the Chapter list now working correctly.
- Fixed "Remove Chapter" button
- Fixed "Remove Book" button

I like how the thingies (idk what to call them) pop up from the side, so we're not totally redirected to a new page (: very nice feature.
